• All of our projects start with a pre-design meeting and on-site survey, this allows us time to get to know you, the customer, and also helps us conceptualize your backyard paradise together. 
• Once we’ve collected your thoughts and dreams for your new space, our in-house design team will then start bringing them to life with a design. You will then have the option to have 3D design done using our specialist modelling software. Once the design has been presented to you we can discuss any amendments before moving on to the next step.
• Next, we welcome our clients to our showroom. We have an extensive assortment of selections for your pool and backyard. For example, tile, coping, pavers, pebble tec, lighting, fencing and stonework. At this time, you can also meet the rest of the Rowan team in the office and see our home base. Our office staff always like to meet our customers in person. It’s nice to have the face-to-face interaction in this world of impersonal emails, phone calls and texts.  
• Once your design has been finalized, we can then move on to the most exciting part of the project: the build itself. Rowan will acquire all building permits necessary for the installation of your swimming pool project. We will professionally layout your swimming pool outline, and then we will get your final approval before excavation begins.
• Once your project is complete, we will make absolutely sure that it’s exactly as you hoped it would be, before making sure you have all of the necessary equipment to maintain your space for years to come. We also offer an award-winning aftercare service, so if you need any help down the line, you know we’re there for you.
